Cancellations for services such as box braids, hair extensions, and other hair styling options are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that for cancellations made within 24 hours of the service, including knotless box braids and other hair transformations, a charge of 50% of the scheduled cost will apply.
